Under what circumstances can code 96376 be reported in conjunction with 96374 or 96375 for IV push administrations?
Code 96376 may be reported with either 96374 or 96375. Remember that to use this code, however, two criteria must be met: at least 31 minutes must have passed since the last IV push of the same drug, and the additional administration must be a separate preparation of the drug.
