What is your advice on the assignment of 76937 with another RS&I code after reviewing the NCCI narrative for 2024?

Answer:

The NCCI has been altered to remove the verbiage regarding bundling 76937. Per CPT® the only guidelines for 76937 are the long-standing ones documented by CPT. However, each payer and contractor can develop their own guidelines for add-on codes and may restrict their use.
