Codes 0559T and 0560T describe the 3D printing of anatomic models, which are created to offer a detailed framework of the patient’s anatomy to be used as a reference during surgery. Codes 0561T and 0562T describe the 3D printing of anatomic guides, which precisely fit a patient’s anatomy for use, such as a cutting or drilling guide, during a surgical procedure.
