Answer:
Effective April 1, 2018, 12 drugs and biologicals have been granted pass-through status under the outpatient prospective payment system. These items, along with their descriptors and APC assignments, are identified in Table 5, attachment A of transmittal 3988 at https://www.cms.gov/Regulations-and-Guidance/Guidance/Transmittals/2018Downloads/R3988CP.pdf.
