Usually, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issue the final rules for the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) and the Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment (OPPS) and Ambulatory Surgical Center payment systems in early November.
