How should the sequential administration of a substance lasting longer than 15 minutes be charged?

Answer:

Each sequential administration of a different drug or substance lasting longer than 15 minutes should be separately charged. When the sequential administration exceeds 90 minutes, a charge for “each additional hour” is also reported.
