In relation to ABIs, how are codes 93922 and 93923 reported?
Codes 93922 and 93923 are not reported when only an ABI is performed. There is no code to report for an ABI as a stand-alone procedure; it would be considered part of any physical examination. Codes 93922, 93923, and 93924 require ABIs, as well as additional studies listed in the code definitions.
