Answer:
The code describes Percutaneous transluminal coronary lithotripsy (List separately in addition to the code for the primary procedure. Use 0715T in conjunction with 92920, 92924, 92928, 92933, 92937, 92941, 92943, and 92975. This code should be reported in addition to the primary interventions as noted above. Currently, the primary codes do not include C codes for DES.
