Can code 93565 be reported for diagnostic selective left atrial with Category III codes?
Answer:
Code 93565 should not be reported when also reporting Category III codes 0345T, 0483T, 0484T, 0544T, or 0545T for diagnostic selective left atrial or ventricular injections and imaging procedures performed in conjunction with a congenital heart catheterization performed with/intrinsic to a valve repair or an annulus reconstruction procedure.
