Are coronary intervention add-on codes active in 2026?
Effective January 1, 2026, the coronary intervention add-on codes (92921, 92925, 92929, 92934, 92938, 92944) have been deleted. The guideline that states only one intervention per major coronary artery may be reported has also been deleted.
