Under what conditions should we not report 93566? Are there specific codes that cannot be reported with it?
Do not report 93566 in conjunction with 33274 for right ventriculography performed during leadless pacemaker insertion. Do not report 93566 in conjunction with 0545T for right ventricular or right atrial angiography procedures intrinsic to the annulus reconstruction procedure.
