Question:

Can codes 93563 and 93564 be reported with code 33418?

Answer:

Codes 93563–93564 should not be reported when also reporting code 33418 or Category III codes 0345T, 0483T, 0484T, 0544T, or 0545T for diagnostic coronary angiography and graft imaging procedures performed in conjunction with a congenital heart catheterization performed with/intrinsic to a valve repair or an annulus reconstruction procedure.
