Question:

When can 81418 be used? What is the minimum amount of genes that must be sequenced?

Answer:

Code 81418 may be used for full gene sequencing of at least six genes that must at minimum include CYP2C19, CYP2D6, plus duplication/deletion analysis of CYP2D6.
