The ALJ appellant forum will be held Feb. 12 in Washington, D.C. and is expected to feature Chief ALJ Judge Nancy Griswold.

Others from the Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals, include Jane Cironi, director of OMHA’S central operations division; Jason Green, director of the agency’s program evaluation and policy division; Judge C.F. “Spike” Moore, deputy chief administrative judge; and Judge Constance Tobias of the Department Appeals Board.

The daylong event will be covered by Monitor Monday, with two broadcasts scheduled for that day. The first is scheduled to take place at 9:00 a.m. EST, before the forum begins at 10 a.m., and the second is set for 1:00 p.m., at which time listeners will be provided with an update on the remarks expected to be made by Griswold and Cironi.

Covering the proceedings from Washington will be healthcare attorney Andrew Wachler, along with J. Paul Spencer from Providence Hospital, also in Washington, plus editorial director for Panacea Healthcare Solutions Janis Oppelt.
